The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Service Sales Specialist for our location in Sofia . The team is highly motivated with a strong customer and service-oriented approach. It is our motivation to provide high quality service, delivering solutions aligned with customers' needs. In this role you will be in charge of Service opportunities development from customer contact to long term service contract.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Identifies, studies and researches customer requirements and demand for engineered projects small-scale research and engineered solutions, digitalization and conversion of service assistance from emergency repair to preventive maintenance with asset performance management, monitoring and control systems, automation and automatic control of processes;
- Design, develop, engineered solutions in power utilities, railway infrastructure, power plants, SCADA applications, RTU and IEDs;
- Learn, develop and implement new technical solution as well as new equipment and systems, software tools;
- Run the execution of projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with company policy, contractual arrangements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as undertaken obligations. Provides performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects;
- Identifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Captures, investigates and exchanges lessons learned throughout the project;
- Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization, project financials, invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow;
- Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually discussed. Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer;
- Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management; Acts as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues.
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree - engineering degree (electrical/ mechanical/ automation) is an advantage;
- 1-3 years experience in similar role;
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
- Very good communication and negotiation skills;
- Available t travel;
- Proactive, accountable, detail oriented, creative. Ability to make choices under stressful situations;
- Good relationships with internal and external parties, a team player.
