Job Description

Position Objective

To prepare, verify and deliver PDC & DPM batches that support Cell Culture Media manufacturing. Ensure materials are accurately picked, staged and supplied on time while maintaining GMP compliance, inventory accuracy and a safe working environment.

Essential Functions

• Pick, verify and kit materials in accordance with production schedules, SOPs and batch documentation.
• Accurately perform inventory transactions using ERP systems and barcode scanners.
• Stage and deliver completed kits to manufacturing on time.
• Return unused materials and maintain full material traceability.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials or stock shortages promptly.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (where authorised).
• Maintain GMP, GDP, EHS and 5S standards within warehouse and kitting areas.
• Prioritise workload to meet production requirements and changing business needs.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, quality and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality and Warehouse teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing within a GMP environment preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and material traceability.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and handheld scanners.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills with a commitment to safety and quality.
