About the role

You will work directly with the CEO to identify and execute on the highest-impact initiatives of a $45M revenue tech company. Some example projects you'll work on:

Growth and sales strategy

Refine the sales strategy and product positioning by talking with existing and prospective new customers.
Shape the product by identifying the most promising features to build based on market demand.

Data and analytics

Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure the success of initiatives and overall company performance.
Partner with Product to conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

External Relations

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the media, enterprise partners, and customers.
Assist with public relations efforts, such as handling media inquiries and managing the company’s public image.

Strategic planning & execution

Partner with the CEO in setting and executing the company's strategic goals. Oversee and drive critical projects and initiatives. Prepare and manage executive communications, including presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.

Special projects

Take on special projects, ranging from exploring new business opportunities to handling urgent matters.
Assist in preparing materials for presentations / all hands.
Support the CEO and leadership team in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.

We offer strong base salary plus significant ownership that scales with the company's growth. We also offer 100% covered medical/dental/vision for employees, 15 days annual PTO, 5 personal days plus holidays, and 401k matching. This is a full-time on-site role in Dallas, TX, and we will ask you to relocate if you're not in the area.
