This role is responsible for the alignment between the demand and the facility production plan. Including S&OP related activities, material availability and operational constraints. This role centralizes information from customers, dealers, marketing and the different distribution channels, performs data-driven analysis to forecast attachments and ratios between the different configurations.
What you'll do
Develop and maintain the Master Productions Schedule (MPS).
Optimize inventory planning.
Monitor material availability constraints.
Ensure alignment between production, supply and inventory strategies.
Act as bridge between the commercial team and the facility.
S&OP related activities.
Lead supply review with the different teams: Purchasing, Finance, Operations and Commercial.
Maintain business information available and updated in the different business resources.
Provide material plans.
Collaborate with purchasing team to define procurement strategies and
Lead MRP and MPS teams.
Skills you have
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
Advanced conversational English.
Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
