As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for daily system administration activities, including, resolving technical issues, handling internal inquiries, and working cross-departmentally to refine and improve business processes. Collaborate and partner with Senior Salesforce Administrators to build solutions that support business requirements and align with ModMed’s Salesforce Org Platform approach/model.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform administrator functions such as managing users, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, and queues, data backup
- Configure Salesforce platform with out of the box capability to configure custom pages & lightning components to enhance user experience in sales, service, and experience cloud
- Have a deep understanding of Salesforce data structures and understand how to leverage the tool to meet complex process, workflow automation and reporting requirements
- Work closely with users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce us age including training, documentation, and support as necessary
- Produce and improve overall documentation related to configuration and deployment of applications
- Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, validation rules, flows, and make an informed decision on which is the best tool to be used
- Partner with Senior Admins toIdentify, install, and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- A customer-centric approach to all internal/external interactions
- Ability to stay abreast of, and willingness to learn, new Salesforce features and options (i.e. products, plug-ins, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Salesforce Administrator Certification Mandatory
- Active engagement with Salesforce Trailhead
- Experience working in SCRUM or Agile a plus
- Creative thinker with analytical problem-solving and project management skills a plus
- 2+ year(s) experience as a Salesforce Administrator required
- Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience in CPQ is a Plus
