Our Impact:

The Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) Product Delivery team is a fast-paced group of individuals delivering against a 3-year roadmap to modernize the Securitization suite of legacy applications within the Single-Family Portfolio & Servicing (SFPS) line of business.

Your Impact:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

  • Lead requirements sessions and translate complex business needs into actionable solutions

  • Build and maintain data lineage while ensuring upstream alignment

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and solve critical business challenges

Qualifications:            

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred)

  • 5+ years of relevant experience (mortgage-backed securities experience is a plus)

  • Proactive candidate with good documentation skills (this person will be building backlog)

  • Adept at writing user stories and editing acceptance criteria, making sure each story aligns to the feature objective

  • Experienced with analysis for data mapping, creating data lineage, facilitating con-versations with current state teams to get details around data

  • Experienced in creating and analyzing payloads to make sure they are built in compliance with the specification

  • Experienced in conducting refinement sessions

  • Proactive in engaging with the lead to share findings from his/her analysis and working on next steps

  • Experienced in collaborating with developers

  • Experienced in facilitating/completing review and approval process

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $152,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
