We need a Director of IT to lead and optimize our global IT operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, implementing strategic solutions, and driving continuous improvement across our technology infrastructure.

This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.

First 30 Days

Success in the first 30 days involves quickly getting up to speed on the company’s existing IT infrastructure, processes, and team dynamics. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members is essential, as is assessing the current state of IT service delivery and identifying immediate areas for improvement. Understanding the core priorities of the organization and aligning with leadership on goals is also critical during this period.

First 60 Days

By day 60, success means achieving  enhancements in IT operations and service delivery. This could include refining processes for managing service requests, establishing clear metrics for team performance, and ensuring the team is aligned with the company’s “white glove” service expectations. During this phase, focus on developing solutions to address any gaps in identity management, cloud operations, or IT security policies. You should have completed an in-depth evaluation of the IT team’s structure, ensuring optimal use of resources.

First 90 Days

 At 90 days, success means having made measurable progress in elevating the IT team's performance and delivering visible improvements in service quality. The IT organization should be running more smoothly, with new policies and processes in place to ensure sustainable growth and efficiency. Actively lead strategic initiatives to align with and fulfill the company’s long-term technology goals.

You will directly manage a team of around 20 IT professionals, both at our US headquarters and overseas. You will be supervised by Pattern’s Chief Information Officer. This team is highly motivated, data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.Together, you’ll brainstorm, develop, and implement innovative, actionable solutions.
