Overview:
The Regina Distribution Centre has an opening for a Senior Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivating and energetic individual, who enjoys the challenges of working in a high potential, fast-paced environment with frequent workload changes and competing demands.
This Senior Supervisor role is unique in the West, you will be one of two senior supervisors on shift and you’d be responsible for managing, ensuring stability, creating efficiencies, and coordinating resources with your peer in the second operational department. You will oversee a combined workforce of between 50 and 125 union & non-union colleagues, depending on the shift. You will oversee all job functions, end to end, within that shift.
You will be challenged to achieve business objectives while delivering a consistent standard of safety and accuracy. You will be required to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships and sharing of resources among inventory control, the other operation department within the facility, transport, and other supporting departments to ensure the distribution centre delivers a high level of customer service.
