Make a difference as Senior Process Engineer (Production)
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across a wide range of processes and technologies in Ingredion’s manufacturing facilities in Thailand. You will support process troubleshooting, optimization, design, and commissioning, while leading capital project execution and driving best practices to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

What you will do :

• Identify process gaps and drive improvements to ensure EHSSQ compliance across plants

• Participate in safety programs (HAZOP, MOC, RA) for assigned projects

• Develop and optimize process designs, PFDs, P&IDs, mass/energy balances, and cost estimates

• Lead commissioning and ensure projects meet engineering design requirements

• Develop and disseminate engineering standards across the organization

• Engage with stakeholders to address complex technical challenges and deliver best-fit solutions

• Mentor and develop early-career process engineers through guidance and training

• Lead deviation treatments and sustainable solutions for complex problems across sites

• Collaborate globally to share best practices and drive innovation in production processes

What you will bring :

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience

• At least 5 years’ hands-on engineering experience in food, pharmaceutical, or fine chemical industries

• Familiarity with starch modification or wet milling processes preferred

• Strong knowledge of EHS standards (Work Permit, LOTOTO, MOC)

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English (spoken and written)
