Why this role exists
Xfinity Creative is building a modern communications planning capability within our in-house agency to ensure campaign ideas travel coherently across channels and customer journeys.

This role sits at the intersection of creative development and macro communications planning, accountable for defining how campaign ideas translate into cross-channel systems.
As a senior Communications Strategy lead across Xfinity Creative, the Director establishes the comms architecture that allows one idea to show up consistently and effectively across touchpoints, identifies fresh & bold opportunities for the brand to show up, and drives innovation in our campaign channel creative thinking. You should be as comfortable with challenger brand thinking as classic comms approaches.
This role operates across pods, leading Comms Strategists embedded within pods and setting standards, frameworks, and ways of working across the organization as well as establish effective cross-functional collaboration, while directly shaping priority campaigns. This is not a media role.
