POSITION SUMMARY:

 

We are looking for a qualified and organized operations analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to translate data and evaluate process(s) to develop and advise on Sales Operations projects to all levels of staff. The Sales Operations Analyst will also research and compare multiple avenues of workflows, assist in all department analysis, and conduct internal audits, and assist in projects to standardize or refresh internal processes.

 

LOCATION: This hybrid position is located in the Westport area of St. Louis, MO.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Analyze data of in-place procedures to find ways to improve operations for the distribution footprint that includes 83 district offices
  • Identify deficiencies and areas for improvement and redesign
  • Implement tests processes, policies, and protocols
  • Perform operations analysis for all technologies and projects
  • Prepare detailed reports of workflow research and improvements
  • Create set company standards and reporting structures
  • Conduct investigative internal audits and create reports of findings
  • Recommend strategies and develop new procedures

   

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, business, data management, operations research, or related field;
  • 1 year experience as an operations analyst, in an operation or research analyst role, or in a related position focused heavily on logistics and details of the organization or department
  • Able to analyze large, complex data sets using a variety of software and tools
  • Comfortable with database administration skills and resources
  • Technical experience on building/documenting workflow with tools like Drawio
