Job Description:

DXC Denmark has started the development of a new Payroll system for the Ministry of Finance beginning of September 2024 and is therefore seeking new talented people to strengthen our current development organization.


The New Payroll system is a +500 mill DKK greenfield development program and will use the newest technologies and agile development methodologies in order to deliver this mission-critical system on time. When fully staffed, the program organization will number around 100 highly skilled and motivated people from the customer and DXC.


This new payroll solution SLP (Statens Løn og Pensionssystem) will replace the current SLS (Statens Løn System) and will provide salaries and civil service pensions to approx. 350,000 people every month.

  • Responsibilities:

• Implementing and maintaining development and test automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Incidence management and root cause analysis
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
• Deploy updates and fixes
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
•Design a new DevOps process for the project

  • Mandatory Skills Description:

• Experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role
• Problem-solving attitude
• The SLP project is a restricted system so the applicant should be able to be security cleared.

  • Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Experience in complex developing/engineering of large applications
• DevOps knowledge and experience in Full-Stack Java developing
• Relevant higher education within public administration and management, IT or related areas corresponding to a minimum bachelor level
