As a Key Account, you will develop the business sales plan for individual customers to grow the business and set appropriate short-term objectives for customer calls. You will also work to achieve long term goals and execute territory business plans for the product mix to achieve and surpass sales objectives in the selected division.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Works for key hospital accounts to achieve business objectives through execution excellence in following activities.  

    • Hospital Tender for target brands.

    • Product listing or Secure listing of target brands.

    • Vaccine package creation of target brands.

    • B2B program of target brands.

  • Strategy development and executing strategic plan.

    • Develop comprehensive strategies, define clear objectives and KPIs

    • Identify and prioritize target stakeholders and tailor engagement strategies to meet their specific needs and overcome insights.

    • Explore and implement effective approaches to enhance customer engagement.

  • Building strong relationships with target hospitals, understanding their insights and the market intelligence what influence those hospitals and impact our business.

  • Driving performance through continuous mentoring and effective performance management. Collaborating effectively with GSK colleagues or external parties.  Inspiring and motivating the target hospitals with good strategy to gain acceptance of GSK products benefits for patients.   

  • Performance Analysis: Regularly track and analyze the performance using defined KPIs, use data-driven insights to optimize engagement strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with GSK policy and pharmaceutical industry regulations, work closely with relevant cross functional team to enhance work process.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or health science.  An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience, currently holding a managerial role or high experience as a medical representative, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully strategy developing and executing.

  • Strong managerial skills, strong strategic thinking, Problem-solving with focus on consumer-centric approaches, negotiation skill.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good project management skills, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills
