For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Business/ Senior Business Process Analyst role.
Purpose:
Business/ Senior Business Process Analyst LGS is responsible for working jointly as a team to deliver process analysis and process improvement opportunity identification and constitutes the transformation and process excellence capacity in LGS, delivering cross-functional process excellence to all functions. The role is part of the team of transformation and process excellence specialists deliver process baselining, process mapping and process analysis based on available data to identify improvement opportunity, define scope of process optimisations and enhancements, identify standardization opportunities and deliver process improvements in partnership with colleagues across global teams.
Your key responsibilities
Transformation delivery:
Applying process mapping and process analysis tools and methodologies to support identification of process opportunities for improvement
Running root cause analysis to identify define process improvement opportunity
Supporting process workshops to analyse the as-is process and identify optimisation opportunity
Working in a team to deliver improvement and/or transformation initiatives
Supporting business case development, defining case for change and benefit tracking
Running process analysis to identify process inconsistencies, process performance issues, and standardisation opportunities across markets, departments and business functions
Implementing transformation initiatives against plan, scope and business case
Regularly aligning with stakeholders to report progress, present process opportunities
Participate in process analysis workshops and deliver process mapping outcomes
Maintaining open and transparent communication within the team, providing proactive updates on progress and challenges
Your experience
Have proven track record in process analysis and optimisation.
Have 2+ years of relevant experience gathered in an international, diverse environment, preferably within a professional services area.
Have practical experience in running workshops at different levels of organisational structure.
Good understanding of GBS, SSC, or BPO delivery models, business functions, continuous improvement tools.
Practical continuous improvement and process analysis capabilities.
Have practical experience working with process mapping tools such as Visio, Signavio, BlueWorks, Process360, etc. and understand the BPMN standards.
Are highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, using these tools for analysis and presentation.
Thrive working as part of a diverse team - valuing collaboration, cultivating relationships, and bringing people together for collective success.
Are confident using English (C1/C2) to engage clearly and appropriately with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
Have a strong drive for achieving goals and delivering measurable outcomes, demonstrating accountability for performance.

Have an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Qualifications
University graduate.
Project management, process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).

You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as part of the team of transformation and process excellence specialists, focused on delivering change in an international, cross-functional environment. As Process Improvement Advisor, you will work independently within established methodologies and frameworks, drawing on your experience and strong stakeholder management skills to drive successful outcomes. You will baseline, map and analyse the processes, define scope of process optimisations, process enhancements, standardization opportunities and deliver process improvements in partnership with colleagues across global teams.
