Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • As the Digital Client Support Associate, you will perform day-to-day activities related to client inquiries, manual reviews and call backs to support digital account opening and maintenance activities.  You will be required to meet standard call SLAs and escalate complex issues to a supervisor.

  • support all client inquiries related to any digital account opening.

  • Manual applications review, archive docs collected during the applications review process.

  • Perform first line service: limit increases, internal transfers when the amount exceeds standard self-service limits, utilize the bank’s ad hoc check feature for closeout requests under $5K.

  • Secure message monitoring and corresponding with clients.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Minimum 2 years Banking Experience.

  • High School degree

The estimated salary range for this position is $18.00 HR to $20.00HR. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
