Summary:
As a SaaS Security & Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the security, compliance, and risk management of Accenture s internal SaaS platforms, including Salesforce, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and Workday. This role focuses on analyzing security controls, monitoring third-party integrations, supporting compliance requirements, and enabling threat detection using AppOmni and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MDA). The position operates as an individual contributor, working closely with internal security, IAM, platform, and governance teams to maintain a strong SaaS security posture. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate security findings into actionable remediation guidance. While not client-facing, the role plays a critical part in protecting enterprise data, ensuring audit readiness, and reducing risk across Accenture s SaaS ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-As a SaaS Security & Compliance Specialist (CL8), you will be responsible for strengthening Accenture s internal SaaS security posture across enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and Workday.
-The candidate will support and contribute to internal SaaS security initiative and programs planned for FY26.
-This is an individual contributor role focused on security control analysis, third-party application risk management, compliance assurance, and threat detection using AppOmni and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MDA).
-The role supports internal security operations, governance, and risk teams

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Security Architecture and Design, SaaS security and enterprise security operations.
-Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Salesforce, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Workday.
-Strong understanding of: SaaS IAM models and RBAC, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, API security, SaaS configuration and access risk.

Good to Have Skills:
-Knowledge in governance of SaaS platform. Past experience in enforcing admin consent and risk methodology for SaaS

Additional Information:
-The candidate should have 4 - 7.5 years of experience in Application Security Architecture and Design, SaaS or cloud security and enterprise security operations.
-Hands-on experience with Salesforce, M365, ServiceNow, or Workday
-Experience with SaaS security posture, third-party integrations, and compliance
-Exposure to AppOmni and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps
-Experience supporting audits and internal security operations
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
