Job Description:

• The Head of Data & Analytics is to lead our company’s data & analytics strategy and transform how insights drive business decisions. Reporting to the Chief Client and Marketing Officer, The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data analytics, business strategy, and AI/GenAI application, combined with proven track record driving value creation leveraging internal and external data assets, and create competitive advantages for our insurance business.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 18 years of experience in banking or insurance related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in applying advanced analytics and AI to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL).
• Proficency in  data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proficiency in  cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and AI technologies.
• Strong knowledge in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning
• Experience with data management, database architectures, and data governance
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong business acumen
