POSITION TITLE: Supply Chain Management Senior Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:
Execute the Procure to Pay Process - Review Purchase Requisitions (PR), Request for Quotes (RFQ), Create PO/STO in SAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive material and supply chain readiness for small scale NPI (New Product Introduction) projects for Data Centers Technical Infrastructure
• Review incoming material demands and trigger purchase orders or move orders to fulfill material
• Execute the Procure to Pay Process - Review Purchase Requisitions (PR), Request for Quotes (RFQ), Create PO/STO in SAP
• Follow up with suppliers to get promise dates, and expedite orders as per project requirements
• Analyze reasons for late and past due material and provide inputs to late analysis reporting
• Work with warehouse, accounts payable to resolve issues related to invoice payments and material receipts
• Support supplier risk assessment on critical and unique parts and Monitors supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost)
• Work with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements
• Partners with quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues for assigned product groups.
• Work with multiple Business stakeholders to align priorities and highlight risks
• Provide periodic reporting of KPIs and metrics to business stakeholders
• Work with team to conduct root cause analyses, communicate improvement recommendations and resolve escalations

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 3 years relevant experience in Supply Chain • With Project Management experience • Flex to open to BPO and Shared Services industry • Supply Chain Management experience in an Engineering/IT/Data Center field is preferred
