Job Description:
Sales & Business Development
- Manage and grow sales of industrial air compressors and related systems within the Singapore market.
- Handle and strengthen relationships with existing dealer networks, ensuring consistent sales performance and market coverage.
- Actively develop business with M&E contractors, consultants, and project owners for new installations and retrofit projects.
- Engage end users across industries (manufacturing, electronics, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, etc.) to identify requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities, projects, and accounts to expand market presence.
Dealer & Partner Management
- Support dealers with product knowledge, technical clarifications, pricing structure, and sales strategies.
- Coordinate joint sales calls, product presentations, and site visits with dealers and contractors.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback to improve sales effectiveness
Project & Account Management
- Follow up on project timelines, approvals, and purchase orders to ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate delivery, installation, and commissioning schedules with internal teams.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements in the Singapore industrial market.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events when required.
Market Intelligence & Reporting

Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline preferred.
- Experience in industrial equipment, air compressors, HVAC, or M&E-related sales is an advantage.
- Familiar with Singapore M&E contracting practices and project-based sales.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).
