Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
The Dealer.com Enterprise Program Manager leads and maintains the C-Suite relationship to drive product retention and growth for several enterprise programs. The Dealer.com Enterprise Program Manager is responsible for client performance and satisfaction by proactively interacting with key decision makers to provide consultative strategic digital marketing / digital retailing recommendations and thought leadership that increases client product utilization and effectiveness across the Dealer.com/Cox Automotive solution set. The Dealer.com Enterprise Program Manager coaches, develops, and manages the performance of performance management team to ensure they have the capabilities required to meet targets for revenue growth, retention, productivity, quality and optimization of customer satisfaction.
The Dealer.com Enterprise Program Manager has a proven track record of retention and efficiency in managing a larger book of business in terms of size and client complexity. This is a challenging and influential role that requires a high level of leadership, independence, decision-making, accuracy, and engagement with key client leadership at the dealership and corporate level. The Dealer.com Enterprise Program Manager collaborates seamlessly across a complex matrix organization to drive enterprise group adoption and satisfaction. They are responsible for a large book of business that demands deeper analysis and solutioning to execute media strategies across Dealer Marketing products to achieve client goals with minimal guidance and oversight from leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, nurture and grow the Dealer.com relationship with C-Suite executives across several Enterprise programs.
- Responsible for the retention and growth of all website, managed services and digital retailing products for multiple enterprise programs (~$6M revenue a year).
- Collaborate and execute seamlessly though a matrixed organization across all business units at Cox Automotive to retain and grow product portfolio.
- Formulate, execute and lead complex end to end media strategies that span many products and services including work delegation and project management, holding stakeholders accountable in order to achieve client goals.
- Coaches, develops and manages the performance of performance management team to ensure they have the capabilities required to meet targets for revenue growth, retention, productivity, quality and optimization of customer satisfaction.
- Identify individual dealership and portfolio wide opportunities for product growth in close partnership with Enterprise sales team. Maintain an accurate pipeline forecast and account growth plan. Demonstrate a masterful understanding of all Cox Automotive solutions to advise on key value adds of Dealer.com integrations to grow overall Cox adoption.
- Identify product risk early, formulate retention plans and execute directly with the client C-suite. Lead retention efforts with the performance management team at the dealership level.
- Flawless identification, execution and consultative delivery of client digital marketing strategies through monthly performance reviews across an enhanced volume and complexity portfolio of accounts with website and digital retailing products exhibiting a high level of independence and efficiency.
- Lead regular monthly Enterprise program readouts to leadership clearly reviewing highlights/lowlights, risks/opportunities, needs from leadership, etc.
- Lead in person quarterly business reviews in partnership with Enterprise Account Directors focusing on performance data and proactive recommendations for improving business.
- Partner closely with Business Solutioning Review team, product and engineering to scope client needs and feature requests with ownership from intake to execution.
- Partner with Enterprise support leadership on issue intake and escalation paths depending on severity of issue.
- Demonstrate thought leadership of current automotive digital retailing trends, products and best practices that provide maximum value to our dealer clients and their strategies.
- Effectively manage performance and results of digital marketing and digital retailing channels through strategic optimization for a complex book of business with minimal guidance and oversight.
- Monitor and analyze account performance and trends to determine adjustments to dealer expectations, goals and objectives and provide consultative strategic digital marketing / digital retailing recommendations to achieve improved results.
- Gather feedback/input from team to constantly identify possible gaps/negative trends and drive improvement across behavior and people knowledge/development.
- Partner with Product leadership to provide client input for the related programs and company efforts to ensure client focus and advocacy throughout the organization.
- Contributes to the development of operational plans using metrics to drive performance for client facing roles within their team.
- Lead, train and coach a team of client performance managers to success with the dealership level while maintaining the C-Suite relationship.
- Take on additional projects, accounts and initiatives that require high-touch, high responsibility output.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a Dealer.com Performance Management capacity, demonstrating top percentile retention results.
- 4 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive management or successful digital marketing experience.
- Ability to develop C-Suite relationships to drive effective product growth and retention relevant to customer demands and business drivers.
- Proven experience partnering with Executives to mutually plan, prepare and execute complex digital marketing and retailing strategies.
- Positive attitude, high energy, passion, and a competitive spirit – you should be driven to retain and grow business.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and influence others in a 360 style to achieve goals both internally and externally.
- Strong professional and executive presence with ability to execute in person presentations clearly and effectively.

- Ability to think strategically, to link Dealer.com efforts with larger Cox Automotive strategy and success.
- Strong written, verbal and phone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personal qualities and style requirements include possessing high energy, enthusiasm, resilience, determination, proactiveness, relentless and being highly driven.
- Able to travel as necessary, up to 25% depending on market. Travel could include overnight stays in markets and travel to team meetings.
