Job Description Summary

OFLP’s are aligned to one of the following businesses; Aviation, Gas Power, Healthcare, Renewables, enabling the OFLP’s to build deep expertise in their business and sector.
This position will be part of the Gas Power OFLP."

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

OFLP is a rotational program, lasting for 2 years as an Associate and an opportunity to promote to a People Leader position in a 3rd year. During OFLP, program members will experience minimum of 4 engagements for periods of 6 months. Each engagement will be Operational Finance focused and accountable for delivering projects or improvements tied to Business unit X-Matrix or KPI Bowler. OFLP’s will learn and engage with Operational Finance while building their Lean skillset. On the job learning, will be enhanced by Lean learning experiences, intense coaching and development and a university learning partnership.

The OFLP Manager will have oversight to a team of direct reports, typically between 4-6,  finance professionals based on the alignment by project. OFLP Managers will be responsible for providing both strategic & execution oversight to the project team(s) they lead. Lead training, development, & performance management of direct reports.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
  • Considerable working experience (minimum 5 years) financial work experience in a global business environment
  • Work Location: Employee is currently based in one of the desired OFLP locations or is willing and able to relocate during the course of the program, to one if required.
  • Strong consideration will be given to Gas Power OFLP Associates meeting graduation/promotion criteria

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $107,600.00 and $179,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
