Animal Medical Center I35  is seeking to hire a Full-Time Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our team at our thriving and expanding practice in Edmond, OK.

Our four-doctor practice specializes in companion animal medicine and we're looking for great people who want to make a difference in the lives of pets and people in our facility. Our team requires someone with proven loyalty and integrity. Ideal candidates have two or more years of veterinary medicine, love working with people and pets, and have a willingness to learn. 

This job requires someone who is is confident in rooming patients, provide assistance in surgery, placing IV catheters, drawing blood and running bloodwork, has experience with x-ray and proper positioning, maintaining accurate patient records, work closely with the veterinarians and other technicians, understands the importance of client education, and is a supportive and positive team player. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. We desire someone who excels at communication, can receive feedback and has situational awareness skills. Must be able to maintain calm under pressure, and capable of handling and diffusing emotional situations. A drive to continually improve their knowledge and skillset is a must, as we constantly want to enhance the veterinary experience for our clients and our patients.

Hours of Operation: M-F 7:30AM-6:00PM, Sa 8:00AM-12:00pm. Weekends rotate. We are needing 35-40 hours of availability.
