Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company’s Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) Supply Chain Systems (SCS) organization is currently seeking a Senior Enterprise Transportation Management Product Lead to join their Transportation Planning and Execution Product team in either Seattle, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Miami, FL; or Plano, TX. 

This position will focus on working directly with a team of tech leads/architects, functional analysts and developers and leading the delivery.

Position Responsibilities

  • Holds responsibility for the Transportation Management product(s) starting with Discovery, Design, Build, SIT Testing and UAT, Cutover, Deployment, Hypercare and User adoption
  • Collaborates with cross product/division teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and SI’s for solution delivery and application maintenance
  • Acts as primary point of contact for issues encountered by the Transportation Management product(s)
  • Triages and provides work arounds and de-escalating issues with impacted parties
  • Develops product roadmap in alignment to business strategy
  • Works with business to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
  • Understands and develops solutions to meet end user’s requirements
  • Assesses impact of architectural decisions to product lifecycle, ensure application compliance and modernize legacy applications with tech debt

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working in Transportation management or Global Inventory and Warehouse management (IWM)
  • 5+ years of experience working as a product owner and/or product manager in agile development
  • 3+ years of experience with end-to-end solution implementation experience (Domestic and International) with Blue Yonder and/or Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS)
  • 3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in IT
  • 5+ years of experience in the Aerospace domain
  • 5+ years of solution development, configuration, or architect experience
  • 3+ years of experience with process analysis, process development, and Process improvement
  • Experience with Supply Chain IT
  • Experience in solution delivery
  • Experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops (ADO), and/or ServiceNow
  • Experience working in initiatives involving globally distributed teams, culture change, change management, process analysis and improvement
  • Experience with driving outcomes while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapting to organizational changes

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+ 8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $123,250 - $178,250
