As the Business Partner Alliances Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the company's strategic partnerships and alliances across all industries in Mexico, aligning with the LATAM strategic roadmap. 

 

You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to identify potential partnerships, develop relationships, and drive revenue growth through collaborative opportunities. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop and implement the company's strategic alliances and partnership program to support business growth and revenue targets. 

  • Identify and target potential strategic partners in various industries to build long-term relationships supporting the LATAM program. 

  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers in partner companies to promote business collaboration and sales growth. 

  • Develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. 

  • Collaborate with internal to ensure alignment with partner strategies and initiatives. 

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners, market trends, and competitive activity. 

  • Manage and track partner performance metrics and provide regular performance reporting. 

  • Monitor partner activities and ensure compliance with established partner agreements and policies. 

  • Manage the company's relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities to expand partnerships. 

  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements and contracts with partners. 

 

Who you are 

Candidates for this role must have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliances in the technology services industry. 

  • Proven track record of building and managing successful strategic partnerships and alliances. 

In addition to the basic qualifications noted above, we find that individuals who are successful in this role have: 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills. 

  • Experience negotiating and executing partnership agreements and contracts.
