(Temp to Hire) Operations Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful Operations Coordinator to support our CEO and Chief of Staff. This role combines executive support, personal assistance, office management and customer support.
You’ll help manage day-to-day priorities, keep the office running smoothly, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks, whether that’s coordinating vendor schedules, handling personal logistics, or jumping in to solve operational issues.
This is an in-person role based in Santa Barbara, CA.
