Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to understand evolving business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable solutions. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, ensuring that enhancements and new features align with project goals and deliver optimal performance. Problem-solving and adapting to changing priorities are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and quality in software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, code, and unit test of PI deliverables such that they meet the applicable completion criteria.
Update the existing Backlog with the status of items in the Backlog.
Resolve any defects identified in testing, per prioritization and available capacity.
Will work under the guidance of the Salesforce Development Lead.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and code quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing existing processes and recommending enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in dynamic environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office but we are flexible with PAN India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
