What you will do:

As a Program Manager, you will help the Trauma Strategic Marketing team to develop, commercialize and maintain value-based solutions and services.  You will work with multiple business functions and partners to understand the market to help position the program based on both internal and external customer needs. https://www.stryker.com/us/en/c/2021/alliance.html

This is a hybrid role, and you will come into the Mahwah Office 2-3 days per week. You will be required to travel 30% throughout the US.

You will

  • Communicate and commercialize the Alliance program.

  • Act as the subject-matter expert on the Alliance program, our processes, and offerings as well as the value-based care space.

  • Develop and sustain strong business relationships and relevant feedback regarding effectiveness of Alliance program offering.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, as well as other divisions, to identify solutions and services to meet the needs of customers.

  • Work independently with limited day to day supervision; self-motivated and willing to put additional time and effort toward individual and team goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence internal/external customers making improvements to effectiveness of program.

  • Demonstrate leadership with peers in execution of team vision and strategies; question the status quo, initiating process improvements. 

What you’ll need

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 6+ years of work experience.

  • Experience in Healthcare management, administration, or operations

Preferred

  • MBA or MHA

  • Strong contract negotiation and influence skills.

  • Experience in process improvement. 

$100,500-$215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 30%
