This position is accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations. Is responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data identifying appropriate expected outcomes developing and implementing plan of care providing comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management providing consultation to influence plan of care for clients using prescriptive authority procedures and treatment in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations evaluating clients progress in attaining expected outcomes conducting nursing research and providing education to patient family and nursing staff.

Provides coverage for admission H&Ps and medical management of patients admitted to Wright and Hedrick Medical Centers.

Position will require weekend and holiday requirements.

Candidates with 2+ years of advanced practice experience preferred.

Candidates who live within 45 minutes of Chillicothe & Trenton preferred.
