We are looking for a Junior Financial Accountant to play a key role in the Corporate Accounting organization. This role reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Accounting, and partners closely with Controllership and cross-functional teams, and helps build the Corporate Segment Controllership function from the ground up while supporting close, controls, and accounting operations. 

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close for the Corporate Segment, delivering timely and accurate financials in accordance with US GAAP while maintaining a strong internal controls environment 
  • Establish and implement close processes and procedures across Corporate areas, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs 
  • Provide accounting support for corporate areas including Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Technology, and Procurement 
  • Prepare Corporate Segment journal entries and account reconciliations, and support monthly Balance Sheet and P&L review for accuracy 
  • Partner with the Senior Director and Technology FP&A teams to provide accounting insights on hardware/software licensing arrangements, Data Centers, and related accounting treatment 
  • Support and improve reconciliation and close operations, including global Blackline reconciliation administration and compliance with company policy 
  • Lead or contribute to process improvement, automation, executive reporting, ad-hoc projects, BR Foundation financials, and Digital Transformation initiatives 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in General Ledger accounting 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with enterprise accounting systems (such as: Oracle, NetSuite, SAP) 
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in the interpretation of financial data 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels
