The opportunity
Will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, stability, and performance of production systems and applications within the organization. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime and maintain service levels. The specialist will work closely with IT teams, developers, and business users to ensure continuous, reliable production environments.
Position Responsibilities:
System Monitoring: Proactively monitor production systems and applications for potential issues or anomalies, ensuring that systems are running optimally.
Incident Management: Respond to and resolve production issues in a timely manner, following established incident management protocols. Escalate complex issues to relevant teams as necessary. , and incident reports
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues affecting production systems. Analyze logs, error messages, and performance metrics to identify root causes.
Problem Management: Analyst and follow-up permanent solution recuring issue
Change Management: Participate in the planning and implementation of changes to production systems as adviser. Ensure that changes are tested, documented, and executed with minimal disruption to business operations.
Performance Tuning: Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize the performance of production systems. Implement tuning and configuration changes as required.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of production support procedures, system configurations. Provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding system status and issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to support new releases and updates. Ensure that new code and configurations are production-ready.
Compliance and Security: Ensure that production systems comply with internal security policies and industry regulations. Participate in audits and implement security measures as required.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, performance, and support processes. Propose and implement solutions to enhance production operations.
Required Qualifications:
University Graduate in Computer Science preferred or equivalent professional experience
Over 2 years solid working experience in engineering roles or It Application Support roles
Knowledge with restful API and Web app development skills (technologies such as Java / JavaScript / Angular / React / Kubernetes / Spring Boot / Message queue etc.)
Experience in RDBMS and NoSQL database
Experience with CI/CD
Experience with monitoring tool (new relic, Dynatrace, etc.)
Collaborative attitude, willingness to work with team members
Proactive, self-motivated and adapted to changes
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion
Good verbal and written communication, effectively articulates technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken
