全面负责广东ABB盈照开关有限公司产品的销售战略制定与执行,提升盈照产品的市场渗透率从而达成销售目标;主导客户开发与维护,推动市场份额增长,协调内外部资源实现业务可持续发展。

岗位职责:

根据公司整体经营战略与市场目标,制定并推动实施具有竞争力的销售策略、市场拓展计划及年度销售目标 负责销售策略的落地执行、过程监控与效果评估,带领团队完成公司下达的销售额、利润等指标 负责公司产品在全国相关渠道(包括设计院/供电局/盘柜厂/总包/甲方/经销商)的市场拓展和销售管理 发展和维护与重要客户的良好关系,提升盈照品牌知名度和市场占有率,确保业务持续发展 打造并培养一支高效、专业、目标导向的销售队伍,建立并持续优化销售团队绩效考核体系与激励机制,有效激发团队潜能,驱动销售业绩达成 确保销售流程、政策符合公司合规政策 负责销售部门日常管理工作

任职要求:

教育经历:大专学历及以上 工作经历:5以上配电设备销售团队管理经验,中压断路器优先 知识和技能:
  • 熟悉国内电气市场的业务环境及销售模式
  • 具备良好的谈判技能和跨部门协调能力
  • 结果导向、抗压能力强
