The Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is responsible for leading TabaPay’s independent Second Line Compliance function and maintaining an enterprise-wide Compliance Management System (CMS) that enables the Company to operate safely, soundly, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, supervisory guidance, and industry standards.
Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, the CCO serves as the Company’s senior compliance executive and is responsible for providing independent oversight of compliance risk across all business lines and legal entities.
The CCO provides strategic leadership across Consumer Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, and BSA/AML Compliance while partnering closely with Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Finance, and Internal Audit to enable responsible innovation and growth.
This leader owns and continuously enhances the Company’s Compliance Management System, ensuring compliance risks are identified, assessed, monitored, reported, and remediated through an effective governance framework aligned with regulatory expectations and enterprise risk management practices.

The compensation for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
