Scope:

• We are seeking a highly skilled experienced candidate from Infrastructure Management and enterprise storage environments. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB/CIFS combined with experience in Brocade CLI, Web Tools, and SAN. This role requires strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Technical Environment:

• Protocols: Strong understanding of FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB/CIFS.

• Brocade Tools: Proficiency in Brocade CLI, Web Tools, and SAN.

• Host Integration: Experience configuring HBAs (QLogic, Emulex) and multipathing software.

What you will do:

• Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise SAN (block) and NAS (file) components from vendors such as Brocade, Dell/EMC, and Pure Storage.

• Products: Pure Flash Array, Pure Flash Blade, EMC Unity, Brocade Directors and Access Gateway switches, SAN

• Brocade SAN Administration: Configure and manage Brocade Director FC switches and Blade chassis devices. Execute Fiber Channel zoning for development and production volumes. Perform regular firmware (Fabric OS) upgrades and maintenance. Monitor fabric health and troubleshoot SAN connectivity issues, including port errors and latency.

• Storage Provisioning: Create LUNs, manage aggregates/volumes, and perform LUN masking and mapping for diverse host OS environments (Windows, Linux, VIO, AIX, VMware).

• NAS Administration: Manage file systems (NFS, CIFS/SMB), quotas, and multi-protocol access on appliances like Pure Flash Blade and Unity NAS Storage.

• Data Protection & Disaster Recovery: Implement and test replication, snapshots, and backups to ensure disaster recovery readiness.

• Performance & Capacity Tuning: Conduct bottleneck evaluations, monitor IOPS and disk I/O rates, and perform trend analysis for future growth planning.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise storage environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Certifications:

• Brocade Certified Network Engineer (BCNE)

• Pure Storage Certification

• EMC Proven Professional
