You will be responsible for supporting Heads of Engineering and Product Digital to run the Digital Domain in Vietnam
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Continuous review and adoption of relevant tools to improve domain processes
Maintaining accurate data and an up-to-date view of all digital funded resources in Vietnam
Maintaining up to mailing list (DLs) data
Support in data collection and analysis of any roll out of Digital Pulse checks, collation of results and actions plans
Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of experience in Administration or Personal Assistant or similar support role.
Strong communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proven ability to manage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
