Main Responsibilities:  

  • Focuses on new logos, cold lead qualification, business development and closure for successful sale;
  • Account owner through full sales cycle. Sells a subset of product or CPaaS and SaaS services directly or via partners to target accounts in designated team/squad;
  • Involves and collaborate with specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales;
  • Develops solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application;
  • Manages sales, expected revenue and profit through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning;
  • Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition;
  • Negotiates pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale;
  • Maintains client relationships by collaborating with Customer Growth and related team members, up-sell/cross-sell and maintain account health with account planning.   
  • Works closely with Marketing, Partnership and other teams to take over the lead process and qualilfy as opportunities.  

Main Requirements:   

  • 5 years applicable experience including experience on solution sales and net new accounts (B2B SaaS and/or CPaaS sales experience preferred);
  • Successful sales track record - commission earnings;
  • Ability to penetrate accounts, discover customer champion and meet with stakeholders within accounts;
  • Market and Infobip knowledge and/or knowledge of Infobip's competitors;
  • Interaction and relationship management with C- level and decision makers; 
  • Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills with domestic and international teams;
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers;
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent;
  •  Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is required

Goals (success measurements):

  • Achievement of numeric sales quotas (Number of net new acquisitions of Tier One target customers + % of team/squad achievements);
  • Approaching customers (# of related products promoted to customer; # of converted leads into opportunities in a quarter; identified # of target customers in the target list);
  • Generating of new opportunities;
  • Reporting efficiency through timely and accurate data, status update and reports on required internal sales platform;
  • Building relationships, networks and market penetration.
