Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Creative – Local Brands leads creative development and execution for local and regional brands, translating brand strategy and insights into distinctive, culturally resonant creative ideas across the Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX).
This role operates as a senior individual contributor, owning complex creative workstreams and acting as a key integration point between Brand, Creative LATAM, Media, agencies, and markets to deliver high‑quality, scalable creative across content, media, and influencer ecosystems.
What You’ll Do for Us
Creative Strategy & Idea Development
Lead the development of creative ideas and storytelling for Local Brands, ensuring alignment with brand essence, architecture, and business objectives.
Translate brand strategy, consumer insights, and cultural signals into strong creative platforms and executions.
Champion modern, culturally relevant creative approaches across content, social, and influencer‑led experiences.
Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) Enablement
Decode IMX strategy into clear creative frameworks and executional guidance.
Partner closely with Media teams to understand channel roles, formats, and deployment strategies, ensuring creative ideas are optimized for delivery.
Collaborate with Creative LATAM as the creative integration point once the game plan is set, ensuring creative intent is preserved across adaptations.
Ensure creative ideas are scalable and adaptable across markets, platforms, and creator ecosystems.
Creative Development, Innovation & Execution
Lead end‑to‑end creative development across multiple formats and touchpoints, from concept through execution.
Guide campaign storytelling across brand content, digital, social, influencer, and experiential expressions.
Apply emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance creative development, content versioning, testing, and optimization.
Ensure high standards of creative quality, consistency, and effectiveness across all outputs.
Agency, Creator & Partner Collaboration
Lead day‑to‑day creative collaboration with agencies and creator partners.
Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and approvals within defined scope.
Foster strong, collaborative relationships that enable speed, quality, and innovation.
Insights‑Driven Creativity & Local Relevance
Partner with Human Insights and market teams to understand consumer, cultural, and local nuances.
Use performance data and learnings to evolve creative ideas and executions over time.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required. 8–10 years of experience in creative strategy, brand communications, or content development.
Strong experience developing creative ideas and executions for brands at scale.
Solid understanding of IMX strategy, media ecosystems, and integrated execution.
Experience working with agencies and creator/influencer partners.
Comfort applying emerging technologies, including AI, to creative and content workflows.
Strong storytelling, collaboration, and presentation skills.
