As a Field Service Technician, you’re the go‑to person who keeps Flowserve equipment running smoothly. You’ll install, start up, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, seals, and other gear at customer sites across different industries. Your Role

• Tackle mechanical issues on-site and sometimes lead or support work crews.

• Handle customer service calls and communicate clearly face‑to‑face.

• Check equipment before start‑up and make sure everything performs as it should.

• Monitor and maintain Flowserve equipment in the field.

• Train customers on using and maintaining our products.

• Keep your reports and job details organized.

• Work confidently with pumps, valves, seals, and other mechanical equipment.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings without breaking a sweat.

Your Profile

• MBO/HBO/GED level and 3–5 years of relevant experience (rotating equipment is a plus!).

• Independent mindset but comfortable working with new teams.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

• Willing to travel often—sometimes internationally—and stay overnight (60–75%).

• Typical regions include Northern Europe, Benelux, Germany and Scandinavia.

• Physically fit: lifting, climbing, and working around big equipment outdoors doesn’t scare you.

• Experienced with MS Office to report the work accordingly

• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• Preferably living within 60 km of Etten‑Leur.
