OVERVIEW:
Designs and develops applications and best in class solutions, with a high proficiency in a single domain and understanding of multiple service domains. Performs business and software analysis. May coordinate products and perform system maintenance activities. This role will drive the implementation, maintenance, and management of Rubrik's data protection and recovery solutions within DSG’s Cyber Security and Digital Trust Organization. This role involves ensuring the security, availability, and integrity of data using Rubrik's platform supporting all DSG Critical business applications.
Software Development: Develop existing software and contribute to development of new software by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Develop new software that is fast, secure and reliable to meet defined requirements.
Software Maintenance: Monitor, identify, and correct moderately complex software defects to maintain fully functioning software, with limited supervision from others.
Hardware Development: Develop existing hardware and contribute to development of new hardware by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Develop new data driven hardware that is fast, secure and reliable to meet customer requirements.
Hardware Maintenance: Monitor, identify, and correct straightforward hardware defects to maintain fully functioning hardware.
Capability Maintenance: Maintain assigned domain and propose improvements to the design using content creation and management tools as well as digital media to ensure that technical continuity is maintained and development standards are met.
Faults Diagnosis and Correction: Provide fault isolation and resolution to limit and address issues promptly.
Program/Portfolio Management Support: Understand how to work within an established program management plan to achieve specific goals.
Ongoing Learning and Development: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level preferred
General Experience: Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)

Targeted Pay Range: $76,500.00 - $124,600.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
