Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operations Support – Grab & Go

  • Support the daily operations of Grab & Go push carts at airport terminals.

  • Prepare, assemble, and serve food and beverage items in accordance with Santan’s quality and hygiene standards.

  • Ensure push carts are consistently clean, well-organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.

  • Handle cash and cashless transactions accurately in compliance with company SOPs.

  • Monitor inventory levels and promptly report stock requirements to supervisors.

Event & Corporate Catering Support

  • Assist in the preparation, setup, and execution of corporate catering orders and events.

  • Support logistics activities, including transportation, setup, service, and packing of food at event venues.

  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are upheld during events.

  • Assist in attending to client requests and ensure timely and professional delivery of catering services.

Customer Service

  • Greet customers professionally and provide friendly, prompt, and efficient service.

  • Respond to customer inquiries courteously and escalate issues to the relevant personnel when required.

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, food safety, hygiene, and service excellence at all times.

Teamwork & Operational Support

  • Adhere to staff schedules and follow instructions from the Senior Executive / Executive.

  • Assist with setting up and packing down Grab & Go push carts and event setups.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations across Grab & Go outlets, events, and corporate catering.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, including promotions, food sampling, and inventory replenishment.

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.

  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.

  • Flexible, reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to operational needs.

  • Physically fit to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and travel to event locations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in F&B service, catering, or event operations is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and handling practices is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work in both terminal-based Grab & Go operations and off-site event or corporate catering environments.
