The impact you have in this role

In this position, you will own the process of syndicating product content and setting up PDPs on Amazon to grow a meaningful EMEA presence in alignment with EMEA business goals. You will work closely with 3M Customer business groups in EMEA, coordinating various e-commerce activities. Additionally, you will enhance the user journey along the path-to-purchase on Amazon and maintain relevant configurations of the respective catalogues. Additionally, you will also be:

• Acting as Product Owner for selected 3M Portfolio on Amazon in a very close cooperation with key stakeholders

• Managing and maitanance of Amazon portfolio in terms of listitng quality, portfolio evolutions, adding new products and delisting obsolete products​

• Responsible for close cooperation with Amazon Key Account Manager on price increase processing on Amazon including data analysis and calculations​

• Being responsible for both reactive and proactive activities related to portfolio setup having direct influence on orders confirmation rate​

• Understand, validate detail market and customer requirements and industry standards in respect to product content and to translate these into technical and process specification​

• Leading complex project with e2e approach for processes related to Amazon Catalogue setup​

• Analyze negative trends or delays in the process to identify root causes enabling identification of proactive improvement opportunities​

• Recommendations for ongoing process improvements to drive efficiency and maximize value realization

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

• 2-3 years of eCommerce, digital marketing and/or merchandising experience in a private, public, government or military environment with proven examples of successful on-line campaigns implementation and optimization

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Vendor Central 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Preferred two year minimum of operational experience in eCommerce merchandisin

• Preffered experience with eCommerce analytics, training, A/B testing

• Experience in Project Leadership

• Experience analyzing and applying data to make decisions

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role

• Experience in Account management, sales planning and business development as a plus

• German or other European language as a plus

Job specifics
Work location: Hybrid with 2 days per week/8 days per month in the 3M GSC office
