工作概述：

基于主计划进行生产排程，跟踪项目执行过程，协调处理异常问题，确保项目准时交付；针对运营过程的异常，推动持续改进，缩短总流转时间，降低在制品和成品库存 。

主要职责：

• 执行法规以及公司计划相关流程和程序，确保安全、诚信、合规；
• 根据主计划发布的周计划任务，制定各条产线的日 / 班次生产计划；
• 实时跟踪各工序生产检验等节点进度，监控计划与实际差异，和项目经理配合管控交付风险；
• 协调处理项目执行过程中的异常问题并推动快速解决，包括设计变更、物料采购、物流配送、生产返工、终检复检等，确保项目按计划完成和对客户的准时交付；
• 协助相应部门分析运营过程异常原因，推动持续改进和跨部门协作，缩短总流转时间，降低在制品和成品库存；

职位要求：

• 本科及以上学历；
• 3年及以上计划物流、生产检验、工程设计等相关工作经验；
• 良好的数据分析、逻辑思维能力；
• 熟悉车间生产流程，良好的组织协调、解决问题能力；
• 良好的数字化工具技能，如 SAP、MES、APS、PowerBI；
• 具备英语书面和口语沟通能力；
