As Finance Manager, Neurovascular, you will partner with leadership and assess operating results and propose recommendations to improve business performance with regards to budgets, projections, and the overall health of the region. In addition, the manager will partner with the European and Neurovascular (Finance) teams to support delivering strong financial and commercial reporting to enable the NV EMEA commercial growth strategy.

What you will do:

  • Finance business partner for the NV EMEA business unit, supporting P&L reporting for the Regional Finance Director. 
  • Lead and manage the annual budgeting and monthly financial projection processes.
  • Submit all divisional forecasts and budgets to Europe/ EEMEA FP&A for consolidation and final signoff.
  • Provide details for expense trends, marketing events and activities, demos, consignment inventory and other investments and provide suggestions for improvements. 
  • Come up with ideas for analytics and reporting, propose improvements and implement and execute with other team members.
  • Close involvement in analysis of new product development launches and business development base case financial models. 
  • Liaise with countries and FP&A Europe to understand root causes of financial results and investigation of budget variances. 
  • Prepare and interpret operating results as they affect the financial aspects of the progress to financial goals and objectives.
  • Present monthly financials to Divisional management.  Act as primary point of contact for all regional financial matters and queries. 
  • Collaborate and partner with Country Finance teams, Europe FP&A and Transatlantic Finance teams in the U.S. 
  • Review go to market and pricing strategy for EEMEA and partner with business and develop ideas for improvements, including annual pricing review process for EEMEA, off contract adjustments and aligning with ICM and FICM.
  • Follow lead from Director and collaborate with other Finance teams to simplify, standardize reporting and processes to reduce complexity and waste 

What is required:

  • 8-10yrs finance experience in a multinational environment
  • Bachelor degree in finance, business administration or similar field
  • Good understanding of local and US GAAP
  • Fluent spoken & written English
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to make important decisions based on the analysis of information

What is preferred
