Job Description:
A Senior Medical assistant has accountability for providing care to patients in an ambulatory clinic setting. A Senior Medical Assistant will be responsible for communicating clearly with patients seeking care through different modalities including telephone and in-person interactions. Under the direction of the Clinician, the Senior Medical Assistant will provide care to patients by assisting the provider to gather information that is relative to the patient’s visit and condition. Additionally, the MA Limited Scope Radiographer performs imaging exams for which the employee meets the Medical Group's Core Exam Specifications and as allowed by their Limited Scope Radiographer License. Caregivers must demonstrate competency in these areas through successful completion of skills test/competency review.Shift Details: 40 hours/week, Full Time. Clinic hours are Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, except Thursdays, which is 9:00am-1:00pm.

Additional Information:
***This position will primarily run the X-ray Machine and do lab draws.
***We are looking for a Rad Tech or an MA with a Limited Rad Tech license with certifications in Chest, Extremities and Spine. This will be REQUIRED to function in this role.
Medical Assistants without the Rad Tech Limited Scope license & all 3 certifications will not be considered.
