As Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you will own and develop BorgWarner’s digital Aftermarket ecosystem. You will not only manage digital channels but actively build and shape the IAM digital marketing landscape, including website, digital touchpoints, customer journeys, and future digital initiatives such as loyalty and app-based solutions.
Your mission is to increase digital visibility, generate qualified leads, and strengthen customer engagement, turning digital channels into a key driver for IAM growth.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will own and develop BorgWarner’s digital aftermarket ecosystem, including the website, digital touchpoints, customer journeys, and future digital initiatives such as loyalty or app-based solutions. Your mission will be to increase digital visibility, generate qualified leads, and strengthen customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve BorgWarner IAM digital marketing strategy.
  • Manage and optimize digital channels, including websites, SEO/SEA, newsletters and email marketing.
  • Build and enhance customer journeys across digital touchpoints.
  • Define and continuously develop the IAM digital ecosystem, including website, apps and customer engagement platforms.
  • Drive digital initiatives such as loyalty programs and other customer engagement solutions.
  • Monitor, analyze and improve campaign performance using data and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and external agencies to deliver impactful digital initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing (Automotive industry or Independent Aftermarket experience is nice to have).
  • Proven experience in website management, digital campaigns and digital ecosystem development.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEA, analytics tools and marketing technologies.
  • Understanding of customer journeys, lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, strong analytical skills and experience working across functions.
