We are seeking a new Team Member to serve as Solutions Sales Specialist and strategic business partner who will provide sales support services to our growing local Israeli client base for IQVIA local data and consulting offerings. You will grow revenue by leveraging relevant IQVIA offerings and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
You will serve as your clients’ primary contact regarding their inquiries about IQVIA services.
You understand the key priorities of the client to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals.
You will monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and work with sales team, management team and client Service’s management to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
With a strategic mind, you will establish / execute a comprehensive sales plan for each target account, effectively managing renewals and subscriptions.
As you anticipate client needs, you will collaborate with IQVIA marketing, consulting, and/or client services staff, as to develop and present proposed solutions to clients’ complex business issues.
You will identify and lead the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion & renewal opportunities within assigned accounts, maintaining in-depth knowledge of all IQVIA services (for appropriate cross-sell opportunities)
You will typically interface with marketing, market research, sales management and/or IT at the executive level in existing and prospective client(s).
You will represent IQVIA to the client (and the client to IQVIA) in all sales-related activities.
What are we seeking? You are someone who:
Has a bachelor’s degree with min. 3 years of relevant Sales or Account management experience within the Healthcare, Life Sciences and/or Services industry
Is revenue-driven: with an innate streak for Sales and Business Development, you will have drive and determination to achieve your goals
Has a service mindset and is customer-centric
Is an independent individual who is knowledgeable, consultative, collaborative, a problem solver, creative, resourceful, organized and an effective negotiator.
Possesses relevant Sales background with excellent presentation and writing skills – you will act with a sense of urgency and be able to work both independently and within a team.
Has a strategic business awareness and possesses analytical skills.
Can speak/write English and Hebrew fluently
