Implementation Specialist

Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking for a System Deployment and Implementation Specialist to join their team in Seattle, WA. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization. 

 

A successful candidate will be a self-starter who understands the importance of collaboration as this position will be responsible for deployment of our Aircraft Maintenance products for customers around the world.  You will be responsible for:

·        Analyzing contractual implementation requirements for delivery of customer solution. 

·        Delivering documentation and training for the integrated solution.

·        Ensuring Customer Value is achieved through an effective, complete Implementation.

·        Managing commitments with customers and resolving issues that could affect On Time Delivery.

·        Acting as a consultant for and coordinating with customer’s end users and Internal development organizations for both process and technical challenges during implementation.

 

Position Responsibilities:

·        Analyze delivery systems requirements and design/build systems to support standard company solutions.

·        Establish and lead technology insertion projects.

·        Resolve technical issues in support of implementation plans.

·        Communicate directly with customers on technical issues both on site and remotely.

·        Create installation artifacts for all work done.

·        Train customer users on the overall solution.

·        Transition customer to the support organization for ongoing support.

 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

·        Minimum 3 years in systems deployment role for software in an integrated environment

 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

·        1+ year of experience integrating Mobile Applications into operational organization

·        Bachelor's degree or higher

·        Airline Maintenance Operations Experience

 

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
