ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Senior Implementation Manager leads the design, configuration, and delivery of the DebtBook Treasury Management System. We're looking for an experienced candidate to deliver cash, investment, and debt solutions that empower our enterprise-level customers to gain more control over their treasury and liquidity operations. As part of our Customer Success team, you will make an impact as you take on assignments working with various government and nonprofit finance teams and deliver implementation projects to set customers up for success. You will be responsible for engaging DebtBook customers at all levels of their organization to promote the full and referenceable adoption of the DebtBook TMS. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage an implementation book of active projects across the enterprise segment
  • Ensure a seamless implementation experience by facilitating the transfer of customer data, provisioning the profile, and setup production functions 
  • Manage the full implementation lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and maintain ongoing project oversight
  • Establish DebtBook best-practice business system design and mitigate as delivery risks
  • Collaborate with internal DebtBook resources (Operations, Product, etc.) and coordinate with external integration partners like banks
  • Proactively communicate with customers and stakeholders throughout the project
  • Supply high-quality training to customers on product functionality to foster production adoption and high-rate of platform use 
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally at DebtBook
  • Take ownership over the implementation process to drive efficiencies, and continuously improve the overall customer onboarding experience

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of relevant implementation experience
  • Treasury or finance background required
  • Strong communication skills to establish trust and credibility with members of the customer organization 
  • Self-motivated, with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong desire to work with customers to demonstrate the value of the DebtBook application
  • Willingness and ability to become a product expert on cash, investment, and debt areas of the application
  • A passion for technology and how it can transform organizations
  • Comfort in a fast moving startup environment with shifting business demands
