Job Summary:
As the Manager of Supply Chain Material Management Information Systems, you will oversee the collection, analysis, and utilization of data to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include developing data management strategies, implementing data governance policies, and leveraging advanced analytics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Data Governance and Strategy:
Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Define and execute a comprehensive data management strategy aligned with organizational objectives and industry leading practices.
Data Collection and Integration:
Oversee the collection and integration of data from various sources, including ERP systems and external partners.
Implement data standardization processes to enhance data quality and consistency across the supply chain.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Utilize advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and machine learning, to derive actionable insights from supply chain data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction based on data-driven insights.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of supply chain operations.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and performance trends to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven feedback and analysis.
Proactively identify areas for optimization and innovation within the supply chain through the use of data analytics and emerging technologies.
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Minimum Education:
Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):
All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
Additional License(s) and Certification(s):
Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum 7 years Contracting/Purchasing/MMIS experience preferably in a healthcare setting Required
Minimum 3 years supervisory/management responsibility including hiring, evaluating, training and developing staff. Required
Required Minimum Skills:
Strong contracts management, negotiation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. High
Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects concurrently. High
Computer skills include knowledge and use of spreadsheet and word processing software. High
Must be experienced in working with enterprise resource planning systems, ideally Workday. High
Must be familiar with fully integrated supply chain management software. High
Proven management skills and demonstrated knowledge of health care supply chain operations. High
Must possess effective organization, and educational skills. High
Ability to facilitate work groups in a team environment. High
Strong written and verbal communications. High
Strong analytical, contract, and report development skills. High
