Provides support in the sale, implementation and maintenance of National Accounts by assisting with reporting needs.

*Hybrid opportunity after 90 days and competency and evaluation approval.


Description
 

Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid)

What You'll Do:

  • Produces and distributes standard reports at varying frequencies on utilization, clinical, high dollar forecast/notifications, billing and purchased products to external parties. Facilitates additional ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

  • Serves as backup to Client Relationship Manager and Account Advocates to address routine issues, including benefits, claims, membership, billing, and reporting, and stop loss, coordinating with the appropriate internal resource, whether that be a SME or the group’s assigned Account Advocate, as directed by Account Executive or Client Relationship Manager.

  • Coordinates and/or resolves any account level benefits, membership or financial problems during implementation, and on an on-going basis.

  • Coordinates system access (MHTK, Blue e-Bill, BlueDataConnect, etc.) for groups, brokers and Partner Plan Reps and facilitates copies of member ID cards as needed.

  • Produces SBCs based upon business needs.

  • Conducts account enrollment meetings or problem sessions when necessary. Assists in the coordination of National Alliance sales meetings and benefit summary meetings. Coordinates ordering and distributing communication materials for National Alliance accounts through local supplier.


Required Education:

  • Bachelor's

Degree Equivalency:

  • 4 years of job-related experience or Associate's and 2 years of job-related experience.

Work Experience:

  • 2 years-experience in marketing, sales, account management, or health benefits operations.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Good judgment skills. Effective customer service, organizational skills. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.

Software and other Tools:

  • Microsoft Office.
