Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve working with Allegro ERTM and performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Roles & Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain Allegro ETRM solutions to support energy trading operations. - Manage and optimize trading workflows, including deal capture, scheduling, and settlement processes. - Conduct risk management analysis and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Customize and configure Allegro ETRM modules to meet business needs. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Allegro platform. - Collaborate with trading, risk management, and IT teams to enhance system functionality. - Provide training and support to end-users on Allegro ETRM features and best practices. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in ETRM technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Allegro ERTM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software development using Java, C++, or Python. - Experience in database design and development using SQL or Oracle. - Proficiency in Allegro ETRM software and its various modules. - Strong understanding of energy trading markets and risk management practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing Allegro ETRM solutions. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Allegro ERTM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - Previous experience in energy trading and risk management. - Certification in Allegro ETRM or related energy trading software. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the energy sector. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Resource is willing to work in AMS project for Canada shift timings
